I'm glad you're here

Print each page to write on, or read the digital copy of the book and write in a seperate journal. Although the book is in color, you can print in black and white easily.

The Lord put it on my heart to share this journal with as many hurting hearts possible. It is part of my journal series, but yours is complimentary. I pray that the Grief, Hope and the Life of the Heart: A 30-Day Devotional Journal is a blessing.

The verses in this journal have helped me in my own grief and I pray they help you too.

But before you go, I want you to know something.

There is no right way to use this journal.

You don't have to begin tomorrow.
You don't have to complete thirty days in a row.
And you certainly don't have to be somewhere different in your grief when you reach the last page.

Some days you may write a page. Other days, one word may be all you have.

Grief does not keep a calendar, and neither does this journal.

My hope is simply that these pages give you a quiet place to bring what is real before God. A place for sorrow, questions, memories, tears, hope, and even the days when you aren't quite sure what you feel.

One more thing...

When I have something I believe may encourage you, I may send a quiet note from Faithful Tables.

It might be a reflection on grief, faith, hope, or simply finding your way through one of life's difficult seasons.

Nothing complicated. Nothing demanding your attention.

Just thoughtful words for the days when you might need them.

For today, though, there is nothing else you need to do.

Put the kettle on. Find a quiet chair. Begin whenever you're ready.

You are still held.

With grace,
Felecia
